What one visit covers
A real walk on your roof, not a drive-by. Here is what we do every time we come out.
A full walk
We get up on the roof and go over the whole thing, slope by slope, looking for anything starting to go.
Clear the debris
We pull leaves and needles out of the valleys and off the roof so water runs where it should.
Seal the weak spots
Sealant touch-up on exposed fasteners and minor penetrations, before they turn into a leak.
Check the pipe boots
The rubber around your vent pipes is a common failure point. We check it every year and flag it early.
Year over year
What being on the plan gets you
The real value is not one visit. It is a roof somebody has actually been watching.
A photo record over time
Pictures year over year, so you can see exactly how your roof is holding up.
A written condition grade
A simple, honest grade each visit so you always know where things stand.
Priority for active leaks
If a leak pops up, plan members move up the schedule. We get to you first.

What it costs
$795 a year. The price of one service call.
A standalone service call from us starts at $795. The Care Plan costs that same number, and it buys the full annual visit, priority scheduling if a leak ever pops up, the year over year photo record, and a written condition grade. One honest number, nothing hidden in it.
Getting on the plan starts with a roof inspection, so we know exactly what we are looking after from day one. And if that first look turns up something that needs attention now, we can handle the repair before it gets worse.
