What one visit covers
A real walk on your roof, not a drive-by. Here is what we do every time we come out.
A full walk
We get up on the roof and go over the whole thing, slope by slope, looking for anything starting to go.
Clear the debris
We pull leaves and needles out of the valleys and off the roof so water runs where it should.
Seal the weak spots
Sealant touch-up on exposed fasteners and minor penetrations, before they turn into a leak.
Check the pipe boots
The rubber around your vent pipes is a common failure point. We check it every year and flag it early.
Year over year
What being on the plan gets you
The real value is not one visit. It is a roof somebody has actually been watching.
A photo record over time
Pictures year over year, so you can see exactly how your roof is holding up.
A written condition grade
A simple, honest grade each visit so you always know where things stand.
Priority for active leaks
If a leak pops up, plan members move up the schedule. We get to you first.

Every roof is a different size, pitch, and age, so the plan is priced for yours, not pulled off a chart. The Care Plan starts with an inspection so we know exactly what we are looking after. Book that first, and we will size the plan to your roof.
