Roof repair in Kootenai County
Let's get your roof fixed.
Leaks, missing shingles, bad flashing, worn pipe boots, storm damage. Most repairs are a half day on the roof. We show you the problem, fix it right, and photograph the whole thing.
What we fix
The stuff that goes wrong on a roof
If it is leaking, lifting, or letting water where it should not, we can handle it.
Leaks
We track the leak back to its real source and stop it, instead of just chasing the stain on your ceiling.
Missing or broken shingles
Wind lifts them, age cracks them. We match and replace so the roof sheds water again.
Flashing trouble
Chimneys, walls, and valleys are where most roofs actually leak. We reseal or rebuild the flashing.
Pipe boots
The rubber around your vent pipes dries out and splits. A quick, common fix that saves a lot of grief.
Storm damage
After wind or hail we find what got hurt, document it, and get your roof back to watertight.

A North Idaho add-on
Ask about a copper moss strip
Our climate is damp, and damp roofs grow moss and algae. A strip of copper along your ridges and hips helps keep that growth off over time. We use copper, never zinc, because it holds up and it looks right. Ask us to add it while we are up there.

Repair questions we hear a lot
What is the smallest repair you will do?
Our standalone repair work starts at a $795 minimum. That covers a real crew out to your house, the right materials, and photos of the fix. Most repairs are a half day on the roof.
Will you try to sell me a whole new roof?
No. Most roofs need a repair, not a replacement. If a repair will hold, that is what we recommend, with photos to back it up. If it will not hold, we tell you that straight too.
Do you fix storm damage?
Yes. Wind and hail damage, lifted or missing shingles, and leaks after a storm are some of the most common repairs we do around Kootenai County.
What is a copper moss strip?
It is a strip of copper we can add along your ridges and hips. In our damp climate it helps keep moss and algae off your roof over time. We use copper, never zinc.
